Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Info:

As of 4/22/2023 (shipping charges are subject to change with USPS charges at any given time). USPS is our choose of shipping, items are sent parcel select or priority mail. We do compare rates so some orders maybe shipped FedEx or UPS. We will combine shipping if you purchase more than 1 item in a category. Just pay shipping as it comes up in cart, once we have your order ready to go we will refund extra shipping cost.

$9.95: Smaller items including replacement china pieces, figurines, collectibles and anything that is lighter in weight.

$15.00: Such as Cookie Jars.

$24.00: Items that are heavier such as small china sets.

$32.00: Items that are heavier yet, depending on number of items in a smaller set.

$45.00 – $65.00: Most of the China Sets will be within this range depending on how many pieces there is to a set. Shipping costs can vary depending on size and weight of item.

Shipping is done in the order it is received. Usually within 1-2 days. All orders are processed through Paypal which is a secure process and you do not need to have a Paypal account to order from us. We are also a secure site so there is no worries of your info being used in anyway.

Return Policy:

Allot of our items are used unless listings say differently. We inspect each item and list their condition. If at anytime we miss something and you would like to return it to us for a replacement we will do that provided there is another one available. If you are unhappy with your purchase and are requesting a refund please allow up to 21 days for your refund to appear in your Paypal account. All refunds are subject to approval which means we may ask for further info or photos. Clearance items are not refundable. If the item is damaged during shipping and its apparent that the shipping carrier handled the item poorly refunds are made through the carrier, since we insure our packages. All items must be opened within 48 hours and we must be notified during that time of a problem. Any items shipped back to us must be in our original packaging and must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address on your receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
